In 2018, the state of South Florida’s craft-beer union is strong, with a bounty of experimental brews soon to be released by eight new breweries in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Longtime friends and co-owners Dominick Peri and Ken Gross tapped brewer Cameron Donisi (of Pompano Beach’s Bangin’ Banjo Brewing Company) to make recipes at the 2,400-square-foot brewery. A 900-square-foot tasting lounge will dispense 15 taps on constant rotation. 

The one-barrel brew house is located inside a 2,400-square-foot warehouse bay, 900 feet of which have been fashioned into a tasting room and lounge area. But this won't be a fancy production facility, nor will it sport massive brewing equipment capable of local distribution.
